Adrienne Keene is a Cherokee nation citizen originally from Southern California, but now lives on the East Coast. She is a scholar, writer, podcaster, and visual artist and explores themes of Indigenous futurisms using traditional Cherokee art forms like basketry and twining with contemporary and found materials.
